Commercial Sites Can Save, Too

Electrical bills and energy consumption can be reduced, too, in commercial settings. Whether you operate a retail shop, a workshop, a service business or an industrial facility, you only need to convert the ballasts and bulbs on your commercial fluorescent lights to have two-stage lighting. Then you can use a lower level when that’s suitable, and the full level lighting only part of the time.

Motion sensors can also help by turning lights on and off automatically. When someone ventures into a remote part of the shop or inventory warehouse, the lights will go on, and you don’t have to worry about them being left on indefinitely. Then will turn off automatically when the motion in the area stops. This is particularly useful for high cost outdoor lighting.
